Integration into a stable team **Call Center Operator (Linhó, Sintra)** We are looking for a Call Center Operator to join a commercial team. **Responsibilities:** * Reception and qualification of contacts from potential customers; * Making calls to leads and assessing interest; * Scheduling visits for the sales team; * Recording and updating information in the CRM. **Requirements:** * Experience in call centers, telemarketing, or customer service; * Strong communication skills, friendliness, and resilience; * Experience in goal-oriented environments (preferred); * Organizational skills and ability to manage contacts; * Proficiency in using digital tools. **Offer:** * Working hours from Monday to Friday (on-site); * Base salary + meal allowance + variable component; * Integration into a stable team. Location: Linhó, Sintra Selected candidates will be contacted within a maximum of 10 working days.
