Responsibilities: \- Operate production machinery; \- Maintain cleanliness of machinery; \- Monitor critical quality points; \- Perform minor repairs and equipment lubrication; \- Comply with quality, food safety, environmental, and occupational safety standards; \- Report situations that may compromise safety or quality; \- Participate in continuous improvement activities and propose improvements; \- Promote a culture of quality, food safety, and sustainability. Requirements: \- Completed secondary education; \- Immediate availability; \- 1–3 years of experience in factory production (preferred); \- Ability to diagnose problems and act proactively; \- Knowledge of hygiene, occupational safety, and quality (preferred); We Offer: \- Direct employment contract with the company; \- Base salary: €920 \- Meal allowance.
