Responsibilities: - Answer and manage customer calls and/or emails, complaints, and requests; - Record and follow up on incidents until proper escalation. Requirements: - Completion of compulsory education (9th grade); - Prior experience in similar roles (preferred); - Immediate availability for the schedule from 10:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday. Offer: - Base salary: €875; - Meal allowance: €6.17.
