We are looking for a Process Technician for our facilities in São João das Lampas (Sintra). YOUR CHALLENGE: \- Support the Production Director and Coordinators; \- Ensure communication among management, production, and quality; \- Develop and implement continuous improvement methodologies within the production process; \- Responsible for evaluating, designing, and implementing industrial processes; \- Collect, analyze, and monitor industrial process indicators and data; \- Ensure application of continuous improvement tools (Kaizen, 5S, and others). THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: \- Higher education degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or equivalent (preferred); \- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in this role; \- Experience in an industrial environment; \- Knowledge of production processes (metalworking, welding, and painting); \- Solid understanding of continuous improvement (FMEA, Lean, Six Sigma); \- Technical drawing knowledge (interpretation); \- Ability to work towards defined objectives; \- Highly responsible profile; \- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills; \- Good interpersonal skills; \- Communication and conflict management abilities; \- English language proficiency; \- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
