Participation in diverse and challenging projects JOB: Operations Coordinator – Civil Construction Location: Lisbon Company: Civil Construction and Renovation Sector We are recruiting a Civil Engineer or Architect to assume the role of Operations Coordinator, joining a growing company in the civil construction, renovation, waterproofing, and building rehabilitation sectors. Main Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise ongoing construction projects; Manage operational teams and subcontractors; Develop and monitor project schedules; Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and budget constraints; Perform quantity surveying and cost control; Manage procurement and logistics of materials; Conduct technical site visits and client meetings; Ensure compliance with safety regulations and applicable legislation; Support management in defining operational strategies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; Experience in construction coordination and project management; Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; Leadership and team management skills; Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities; Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; Valid driver’s license (mandatory); Willingness to travel within the Lisbon region and surrounding areas. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in renovations, building rehabilitation, and waterproofing; Knowledge of planning and cost control; Initiative and decision-making capability; Strong communication and negotiation skills.
