Responsibilities: Monitoring and supporting construction project preparation Reading and interpreting drawings; Preparing itemized lists of work types to be performed; materials; labor; subcontractors; and other services; Measuring quantities of work and materials to be applied, and verifying stock levels for use; Controlling materials, tools, and equipment; Supporting the team Profile: Experience in similar roles; AutoCAD software experience; Aptitude for construction-site environments; Punctuality and strong sense of responsibility; Flexibility regarding working hours; Strong stress management capability; Results-oriented with commitment to meeting deadlines; Light vehicle driving license; Preference for candidates residing in Loures; Venda do Pinheiro; Malveira; or Mafra.
