We are seeking a dynamic, versatile individual with excellent communication skills to take on combined duties of Bar Assistant and Waiter at our beach bar in Cascais. Your responsibilities will include: Table Service: Customer service, friendly and efficient delivery of food and beverage orders. Bar Support: Dishwashing, organization of service areas, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and cleanliness standards. General Support: Maintenance of the premises and collaboration with the rest of the team to guarantee excellent service. What we are looking for (Requirements): Reside in the Cascais area (or have personal transportation for commuting). Languages: Fluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory to ensure optimal service for both international and local customers). Energy: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high workload volume. Attitude: Team spirit, punctuality, friendliness, and sense of responsibility. Previous experience in kitchen or front-of-house roles is valued but not required. What we offer: Predominantly daytime working hours (our food and beverage service operates from 10:00 to 18:00).
