A Padaria Portuguesa is looking for a Shift Manager who wants to make a difference and play a key role in customer service and store management across one of our locations.     Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the store’s operational management. Ensuring implementation and promoting correct execution of procedures and standards for excellence and quality (service, maintenance, equipment). Performing store and cash register opening and closing. Ensuring compliance with HACCP regulations. Guaranteeing the store is fully prepared in terms of product availability, staffing, and cleanliness. Managing customer complaints. Conducting daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts and planning orders.   What we’re looking for: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles. Strong customer orientation. Team coordination skills and process-oriented mindset.
