Main Responsibilities: Preparation and cooking of meats and other items on the grill Assistance in mise en place preparation Ensuring constant organization and cleanliness of the workstation Kitchen sanitation and compliance with HACCP standards Stock control and assistance in goods receiving Required Profile: Experience in kitchen/grilling (preferred) Sense of responsibility and attention to detail Speed, organization, and ability to work under pressure Strong focus on cleanliness and hygiene Team spirit We offer integration into a growing project, a dynamic environment, and compensation commensurate with experience.
