The Role
We are looking for an **Operations Director** to lead operational excellence across our clinic network, ensuring optimal resource utilization, high-quality standards, and a differentiated experience for both patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure **operational excellence** and overall clinic performance
* Guarantee **clinical quality, patient safety, and patient satisfaction**, in partnership with General Management and Medical Management
* Optimize **installed capacity and productivity**, promoting sustainable growth
* Lead **financial management**, including budgeting, cost control, and operational efficiency
* Ensure **compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation**
* Develop and support teams, cultivating a **high-performance and engaged culture**
* Drive strategic initiatives, including **integration of new businesses** and continuous improvement
* Represent the organization with external stakeholders, including **health authorities and partners**
Candidate Profile
* Proven experience in **operational management**, preferably within the healthcare sector
* Background in managing **complex units** and demanding environments
* Experience in multinational settings and/or business transformation
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related fields**
* Fluency in **English**
* Strong leadership capabilities, strategic vision, and results orientation
