Key Responsibilities Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, manage check-in and check-out processes, and promptly respond to guest inquiries and requests. Reservation Management: Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications via telephone, email, or in person, ensuring data accuracy in reservation systems. Customer Support: Address guest concerns or complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary. Coordination: Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs and maintain seamless operations. Administrative Tasks: Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate records of transactions and guest interactions. Information Provision: Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
