About the Role We are seeking a Senior Field Support Technician to assume the Lead role for a team of 3 resources. This position is responsible for ensuring the operationality of the local IT park and systems, delivering on-site technical support to end users and infrastructure. The focus lies on physical intervention for incidents, preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as hardware and software deployment and rollout within a corporate environment. Requirements * Senior profile with leadership skills and experience coordinating teams (lead of 3 technicians). * Proven experience with Windows 11 systems (installation, configuration, diagnostics, and troubleshooting). * Basic knowledge of computer networks (LAN/WLAN). Key Responsibilities * On-site end-user support: * Installation, configuration, and replacement of equipment (PCs, laptops, monitors, printers, tablets, etc.). * Direct user support for incidents that cannot be resolved remotely. * Diagnosis and resolution of local hardware and software failures. * Configuration of peripherals and network devices (printers, scanners, docking stations, etc.). Equipment lifecycle management: * Imaging and deployment of workstations. * Inventory management (receipts, dispatches, replacements). * Collection and handling of obsolete equipment. * Support for technology refresh campaigns (rollouts). * Local infrastructure interventions: * Verification and maintenance of cabling, network points, and power outlets. * Support to network and server support teams in local activities (e.g., switch, UPS, patch panel replacement). Support for events and special operations: * Technical support for meetings, conferences, and corporate events. * Setup of temporary workstations and contingency configurations. Technical Skills * Hardware: Diagnostics and repair of PCs, laptops, printers, monitors, and peripherals. * Operating Systems: Installation and configuration of Windows 10/11; macOS knowledge is a plus. * Corporate Software: Installation and troubleshooting of MS Office / M365, VPN, browsers, antivirus, and other standard enterprise software. * Local Network (LAN/WLAN): Understanding of IP, DHCP, DNS, connectivity troubleshooting, and cabling. * Management Tools: Use of ITSM systems (e.g., ServiceNow), SCCM, Intune, and Active Directory. * Security: Compliance with IT security policies, credential management, and physical access control. Behavioral Skills (Soft Skills) * Internal customer orientation, with clear communication, empathy, and professional demeanor. * Autonomy and proactivity, with ability to resolve issues on-site. * Priority management, handling multiple requests and meeting SLAs. * Teamwork, closely collaborating with Service Desk, Network, and Infrastructure teams. * Operational rigor, ensuring intervention documentation and adherence to ITIL processes.
