Job Summary: Bedivar S.A. is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to ensure an attractive and consistent in-store presentation aligned with brand identity and contributing to the customer experience. Analyze performance indicators and propose improvements Bedivar S.A. aims to strengthen its team by hiring a Visual Merchandiser whose mission is to guarantee an attractive, consistent, and brand-aligned in-store presentation, directly contributing to customer experience and commercial performance. **Main Responsibilities** * Implement and maintain Visual Merchandising standards across all stores in the network; * Plan and execute product placement, window displays, and promotional areas; * Ensure correct product exposure according to campaigns, seasonality, and commercial objectives; * Develop and apply Visual Merchandising guidelines and manuals (overviews, instructions, and best practices); * Execute in-store implementation on-site, ensuring consistency and quality; * Collaborate with Marketing, Purchasing, and Operations teams; * Analyze performance indicators (sell\-out, product turnover, visual impact) and propose improvements; * Train and support store teams on Visual Merchandising matters; * Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry best practices; * Ensure proper condition of in-store display materials and signage. **Candidate Profile** * Education in Visual Merchandising, Design, Marketing, Fashion, or related fields; * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in retail; * Experience in store management or direct contact with store teams (preferred); * Solid knowledge of Visual Merchandising and store layout If you match the above profile and are motivated for a new challenge, please apply via this email address: tatiana.costa@bedivar.pt Employment Type: Full\-time Compensation: €1,350.00 \- €1,600.00 per month Benefits: * Meal voucher/card * Free parking * Health insurance
