Job Summary: We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join the Marketing Department, with a focus on social media management, communications, and event support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Logistics and Event Support GrupoConcept is a business group owning the brands BodyConcept (operating in aesthetics), DepilConcept (specializing in laser hair removal), and Concept\+, a professional cosmetics brand. We are looking for a **Marketing Assistant** to join the Marketing Department and perform the following duties: * Scheduling content across social media platforms; * Managing social media community engagement; * Managing and distributing communication materials to network clinics; * Monitoring and managing *influencers*; * Establishing and maintaining contact with franchised clinics; * Managing and tracking payments for communication materials; * Supporting logistics and on-site presence at events; * Monitoring non-conformities in communication materials; * Assisting in PowerPoint presentation creation; * Creating blog content for websites. **Requirements:** * 1–3 years of professional experience * Master’s degree in Marketing or Management * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel (mandatory) * Experience in social media management (content scheduling) * Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite * Experience in community management (responding to messages and comments, crisis management) * Experience in influencer management (tracking and monitoring deliverables) * Administrative management experience (payment tracking and basic budget management) **Soft Skills:** * Ability to operationally manage multiple stakeholders; * Strong logistical organization skills (material dispatch, team coordination); * High capacity for organization and priority management; * Strong attention to detail; * Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills; * Proactive and solution-oriented profile (ability to anticipate and resolve issues); * Resilience and pressure management; * Critical thinking.
