Then this opportunity is for you!** We are currently recruiting for the Ageas Innovation Services area: **Innovation Consultant (m/f/d)** **Your challenge / role mission:** * Lead internal innovation projects and collaborate with external partners, making strategic decisions, managing diverse stakeholders, anticipating risks, and removing bottlenecks; * Identify business needs and new opportunities among customers, partners, and collaborators, continuously challenging the status quo; * Manage the implementation of proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and pilots for new products and services, ensuring definition, monitoring, and evaluation of metrics and KPIs; * Conduct impact assessments and prioritization exercises, analyzing business value versus implementation effort, and challenging existing solutions and processes; * Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and achieving expected outcomes; * Prepare and deliver structured progress updates to senior management, ensuring clear visibility on achievements, risks, and next steps. **We seek curious, dynamic, and proactive individuals with strong accountability, the ability to thrive in collaborative and multifunctional environments, and motivation to actively contribute to a continuously evolving and innovative context.** **Key Qualifications / Competencies:** * Solid academic background in Management, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields; * Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in consulting, innovation, transformation, project management, or similar roles; * Strong analytical capability, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to structure information, conduct impact assessments, perform research and benchmarking, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data; * Experience preparing clear and structured presentations, reports, and dashboards for diverse audiences, including senior management; * Proficiency in tools such as Excel and PowerPoint; * Fluency in English; * Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills, with comfort engaging in multifunctional environments; * A curious, creative, and proactive profile, eager to learn and contribute actively. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile); * Knowledge of design thinking and other innovation or transformation frameworks. **How to Apply:** Are you the person we’re looking for?
