Job Summary: We are seeking a ServiceDesk Technician to provide on-site support at Parque das Nações, focusing on incident resolution and documentation of procedures for end users. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive technical support for end users (hardware and software) 2. Resolution of incidents on Windows systems and Office tools 3. Focus on documentation and technical knowledge transfer We are looking for a ServiceDesk Technician to work on-site at Parque das Nações, focusing on end-user support, incident resolution, and procedure documentation. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to end users (hardware and software) * Resolve incidents related to Windows systems and Office tools * Deliver remote support to end users * Diagnose and resolve technical issues * Produce and update technical documentation and procedures * Ensure proper knowledge transfer to other teams * Log and track requests in a helpdesk environment **Requirements:** • Experience supporting Office and Windows; • Experience troubleshooting software and hardware issues; • Prior experience in similar roles; • Knowledge of operating systems; • Remote access capabilities for troubleshooting end-user issues; • Aptitude for helpdesk support; • ITIL certification or coursework (preferred); • Ability to produce documents and procedures for knowledge transfer to other teams; • Documentation of new procedures; • Updating of existing procedures. **Behavioral Profile:** • Excellent customer communication skills and conflict management ability; • Strong sense of commitment; • Team-oriented mindset; • Enthusiasm for challenges and troubleshooting; • Customer-oriented approach; • Punctuality and attendance are highly valued; • Stress management capability **Lisbon – On-site** Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
