Facilities Coordinator – Lisbon
About the Role
As a Facilities Coordinator at CBRE, you will serve as the liaison between clients, end users, and suppliers, ensuring excellence in the daily operation of facilities (Hard and Soft Services).
This role is embedded within the Facilities Management division and focuses on operational asset management while also supporting Contract Managers.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise Facilities subcontracts (maintenance, cleaning, security, waste management, and recycling).
Coordinate and monitor building preventive maintenance plans.
Ensure ongoing coordination among property owners, tenants, and service providers.
Record, track, and validate work orders and service requests.
Ensure compliance with CBRE’s FM procedures, policies, and reporting formats, as well as those of the client account.
Organize supplier proposals, reports, archives, and documentation.
Respond promptly to client or colleague inquiries or complaints, following established processes.
Profile We Are Seeking
Minimum educational qualification: completion of secondary education (12th grade) or relevant higher education.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Facilities Management, preferably in a corporate office environment.
Good command of English (essential requirement).
Knowledge of Spanish is considered an advantage (not mandatory).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and familiarity with maintenance management platforms.
