Job Summary: Professional responsible for the operational and technical management of buildings, supervising services, implementing maintenance, and leading projects to achieve high-quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate and supervise Hard and Soft services contracts. 2. Lead projects across multiple disciplines. 3. Ensure the implementation of Facility Management policies. Integrated into our Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) division, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational and technical management of buildings, maintaining the highest quality standards. **Key responsibilities include:** Coordinate and supervise Hard and Soft services contracts. Develop and implement effective preventive maintenance plans. Lead projects across multiple disciplines (HVAC, Electrical, layout modifications) and manage relationships with subcontractors to ensure strict budget control. Ensure implementation of Facility Management policies aligned with CBRE and/or client guidelines. Manage daily interactions among clients, end-users, and suppliers to deliver premium service. What We Are Looking For Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. Strong technical foundation and genuine interest in the technical field. Proven track record in building maintenance (industrial environment experience is highly valued). Personal competencies including autonomy, strong analytical skills, customer orientation, organization, and time management. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word. **Languages:** Good level of English (B1/B2\) \- Spanish knowledge is an advantage. **Mobility:** Valid driver's license.
