We are entering a new phase and seek a Head Chef eager to grow with us and leave their mark on an ambitious project. **\- Responsibilities** \* Lead and coordinate the entire kitchen team. \* Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation of all dishes. \* Organize daily production and ensure efficient service. \* Manage orders, inventory, and waste control. \* Comply with and enforce all Food Hygiene and Safety standards (HACCP). \* Train, motivate, and develop the kitchen team. \* Collaborate in menu creation and continuous improvement, including daily specials. \* Work closely with management to achieve the restaurant’s operational and financial goals. **\- We Are Looking For** \* Proven experience as Head Chef or Sous Chef. \* Solid knowledge of traditional Portuguese cuisine, especially fish and seafood. \* Leadership, organizational, and team management skills. \* Initiative and strong focus on quality. \* Stress resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. \* Sense of responsibility, commitment, and attention to detail. \* Availability for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. **\- We Offer** \* Integration into a solid and growing project. \* Autonomy to lead and implement kitchen improvements. \* Excellent working environment. \* Employment contract and remuneration commensurate with demonstrated experience. \* Opportunities for professional progression and development. \*Location:\* Areia, Cascais If you are passionate about Portuguese gastronomy and wish to lead a kitchen where quality is paramount, send us your application.
