Identify deviations and highlight opportunities for continuous improvement. ### **Job Description** The Operator performs operational processes in production. Operates equipment and machinery requiring a certain level of competence, acquired through on-the-job training and specialized training. Knowledge of the use of all materials, equipment, and tools is required to perform tasks, and this typically requires time and effort to acquire the necessary experience and skills. Activities are characterized by a large portion of (semi-)routine work, which can be performed based on training and experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Operational Functions o Execute operational activities/processes such as unloading, loading, transportation, cleaning, labeling, operation of all equipment, bagging, dosing, and granulation to contribute to safe, effective, and efficient production processes. Maintenance and Repair Tasks o Inspect and regularly perform minor maintenance tasks on production equipment, identifying defects and deficiencies. o If applicable and appropriate, perform minor repair work. Reporting o Record data and information regarding production orders and activities in logbooks/systems as appropriate for comprehensive management and tracking of production order status and progress. Continuous Improvement o Identify deviations in current processes, techniques, and/or systems and highlight improvement opportunities with the supervisor to continuously optimize and improve operational processes, tools, and systems. Safety and Compliance o Work in compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures (personal and food safety, environmental and quality), as well as operational standards. o Promote SHEQ awareness, identify potentially hazardous and/or unsafe situations, and take appropriate action in case of imminent unsafe situations. Good Housekeeping o Ensure the workplace is clean and maintained in safe working conditions, with no hazardous situations present. Maintain the appearance of production line(s), work area(s), and production site.
