Job Summary: We are seeking an Account Manager to be Pendular’s voice, managing and developing accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for an Account Manager who will serve as Pendular’s voice and presence among our clients. **Your responsibilities:** * Support the management and development of existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Assist clients throughout the entire procurement and sourcing process, identifying needs and proposing suitable solutions. * Coordinate relationships with various internal departments and monitor project execution. * Monitor KPIs and systematically report results. **What we’re looking for:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within the domestic market, preferably in procurement outsourcing, procurement, supply chain, or B2B consulting firms. * Relevant academic background (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields). * Experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP Business One. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong communication and influencing capabilities at the highest level. * Autonomous profile, results-oriented, and team-spirited. * English proficiency (mandatory requirement). **Location and work model:** On-site work at Pendular’s headquarters in Cascais, with occasional client visits.
