About the Role We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team, acting as the bridge between business and development teams, ensuring that requirements are properly elicited, documented, and implemented. The ideal candidate brings consulting experience, strong analytical and communication abilities, and collaborates closely with clients, developers, and stakeholders to deliver effective, business-aligned solutions. Requirements * More than 3 years of experience in a consulting environment. * Proven experience in business requirements and process elicitation, with clear communication between clients and technical teams. * Critical and analytical ability to assess, challenge, and optimize requirements and processes. * Ability to organize, systematize, and present requirements to teams and clients. * Experience with MySQL or SQL (mandatory). * Experience in functional and technical analysis. * Support for implementation and testing teams, monitoring delivery execution and validation. * Availability for a hybrid model (3 days per week onsite, central Lisbon area). Preferred Skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders (clients, technical teams, management). * Risk anticipation and management, with proactive problem-solving capabilities. * Experience with Design Thinking methodology. * Ability to identify business opportunities aligned with client engagements.
