We are currently looking to strengthen our team with a Reservation Center Operator for the Group. We seek a professional passionate about the commercial and restaurant sectors, with industry experience and eagerness to embrace a new challenge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by cultivating a welcoming and positive atmosphere in the restaurant. **Responsibilities:** * Manage reservations across multiple channels and record them accurately in internal systems, including special and VIP reservations; * Provide clear and comprehensive information about available products and services, such as group menus (standard and customized); * Promote additional products and services where applicable to maximize sales opportunities. * Handle special customer requests, coordinating with other departments and submitting service reports for briefings. * Conduct follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve potential issues. * Maintain an updated and organized record of customer data and all interactions and transactions. * Resolve complaints or issues related to reservations in accordance with company procedures. * Train hostesses and Group managers on topics related to sitting management. **We Offer:** * Training and professional growth; * Performance bonuses; * Various discounts and benefits.
