At Repsol, we rely on technological innovation and digitalization to build a more sustainable future and strive to contribute to societal progress; we value diversity and foster an inclusive environment for all individuals. **Responsibilities:** ------------ * Ensure and validate the accounting recording of transactions; * Reconcile and analyze account balances and open items; * Ensure consolidation of individual accounts into group accounting; * Validate, control, and monitor balance sheet account balances; * Perform VAT calculations, calculate foreign exchange differences, and carry out other closing tasks; * Prepare annual financial statements; * Participate in multidisciplinary projects; * Actively contribute to process automation, innovation, and simplification by proposing improvements, automations, or initiatives that enhance agility/flexibility of current processes within the scope of responsibility; * Ensure extraction and bulk processing of data for reporting to external entities. **Requirements:** --------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, or Accounting; * Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in similar roles; * Knowledge of SAP, Power Query, and Power BI is preferred. * Proficiency in MS Excel. * Working knowledge of English and Spanish (spoken and written) is preferred. **Key Competencies:** ----------------------- * Autonomy and initiative; * Problem-solving ability, standardization and automation of processes, and integration of new tasks; * Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities; * Experience in account analysis and financial reporting. **What We Offer:** --------------------- * Competitive compensation package. * Hybrid work model. * Flexible and condensed working hours. * Continuous development. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. \#LI\-CN1 **Required skills:** Financial Consolidations
