Job Summary: We are seeking a Remote Services Technician to collaborate on Electronic Security Systems, focusing on remote configuration, diagnosis, and technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Main Responsibilities: * + Remote initial configuration of systems (CCTV, alarms, control panels, DVRs/NVRs, etc.); * + Triage and diagnosis of faults, with attempts at remote resolution; * + Technical support to field teams (installers and maintenance); * + Remote implementation of system modifications or upgrades for customers; * + Ensuring logging and documentation of all interventions performed. Technical Skills: * + Video surveillance systems (IP and analog); * + Intrusion alarm systems and sensors; * + Access control systems; * + Basic knowledge of fire detection (preferred); * + Experience with manufacturers' configuration software; * + Knowledge of IP networks, routing, ports, VPNs, NAT, etc.; * + Ability to work with remote access tools; * + Ability to interpret technical schematics and product manuals. Requirements: * + Technical education in Electronics, Electrotechnics, Computer Science, Networks, or related fields; * + Prior experience in technical roles related to electronic security or remote support; * + Strong computer skills (Windows, LAN, software diagnostics); * + Writing ability for technical documentation and intervention reports; * + Critical analytical ability and capacity to solve problems remotely.
