Opportunity for professional growth and development We are looking for a dynamic and responsible individual to join our team and contribute to delivering an excellent experience for our customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Greet customers and operate the cash register, processing payments and accurately recording orders. * Prepare and organize trays and orders for customer pickup at the counter, within a self-service restaurant concept. * Prepare, verify, and deliver orders from delivery platforms, ensuring correct packaging, organization, and adherence to delivery timeframes. * Coordinate order flow among the restaurant, customers, and delivery platform couriers. * Ensure friendly, professional, and efficient service both in-person and in supporting delivery operations. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, dining room, and service zones. * Uphold the restaurant’s appearance, ensuring the space remains clean, tidy, and welcoming throughout the shift. * Collaborate with the team on other operational tasks essential to the smooth functioning of the restaurant. **Desired Profile:** * Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for public interaction. * English language communication skills (mandatory) * Sense of responsibility and attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. * Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure. * Proactivity and willingness to perform various functions. * Prior experience in food service, customer service, or delivery order management is advantageous but not required. * We Offer: * Integration into a young and dynamic team. * Initial training and ongoing support. * Opportunity for professional growth and development. * A challenging and continuously evolving work environment.
