We are seeking an **HR Data \& Reporting Analyst** for **Carnaxide**. Join us! **YOUR CHALLENGE** Reporting to the **People Directorate**, the candidate will assume the following responsibilities: * Ensure timely updating and management of key People metrics. * Deliver reporting and propose improvement actions based on analysis. * Oversee the People Directorate’s analytical processes, including benefits administration, People budgeting, personnel costs, ensuring alignment with the Planning and Management Control department. * Contribute to the development and enhancement of HR platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational processes and objectives. * Collaborate with the Information Systems department to make people management systems more agile. **WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE** * Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum two years’ experience in similar roles. * Controlling skills, particularly cost analysis and budgetary control, especially as applied to Human Resources. * Strong analytical capability, with experience in managing and monitoring performance indicators. * Solid knowledge of SAP/SuccessFactors, Advanced Excel, Power BI, and VBA (preferred). * English language proficiency (intermediate level). * Strong results orientation, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines. * Team-oriented mindset and capacity to lead projects involving diverse internal departments and external partners.
