You will collaborate on maximizing Resort revenue by developing in-depth knowledge of our products, rooms, and services, while also delivering exceptional support to our guest loyalty program. Strong communication and organizational skills will be essential to ensure all reservations are handled accurately and efficiently. **Are You the Talent We’re Seeking?** We are looking for a motivated and experienced Reservation Agent with a proven track record in luxury hospitality environments. Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential; knowledge of German is an advantage.
