The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for ensuring the service quality required by the Group, complying with all standards and procedures, and guaranteeing overall customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Customer telephone support; * Carry out all technical/administrative procedures related to reservation processes; * Promote upselling. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Tourism or Business Administration; * Proven experience in the applied field; * Proficiency in computer use; * Knowledge of and experience operating the hotel system – Host; * Foreign language skills (English, spoken and written – mandatory); * Clear diction and strong communication skills; * Customer-oriented attitude; * Dynamic, responsible, trustworthy and punctual; * Resilient, proactive, self-motivated and team-oriented. **Shall we naturally stand out together?
