The AP Hotels \& Resorts Group is seeking a professional for its hotel unit in Albufeira. The selected candidate’s primary responsibility is to ensure the service quality required by the Group, complying with all standards and procedures, thereby guaranteeing overall customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Telephone customer service; * Implement all technical/administrative procedures related to reservation processes; * Promote upselling. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or Business Administration; * Proven experience in the applied field; * Proficiency in computer applications from an end-user perspective; * Knowledge of and experience operating the hotel system – Host; * Foreign language proficiency (English, both spoken and written – mandatory requirement); * Clear diction and strong communication skills; * Customer-oriented attitude; * Dynamic, responsible, trustworthy, and punctual; * Resilient, proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented. **Shall we be naturally distinctive together?
