Discover here who we are looking for! We are recruiting a **Reservation Agent (m/f)** for our properties in Albufeira. Key Responsibilities: * Process accommodation reservations at group hotels; * Process golf course reservations at group facilities; * Provide telephone customer service; * Handle e\-mails. Requirements: * Proficiency in computer usage from an end-user perspective; * Knowledge of and experience with the Opera hotel management system — preferred; * Proficiency in foreign languages: English and French; * Clear diction and strong communication skills; * Customer-oriented attitude; * Stress tolerance; * Flexibility, proactivity, initiative, and teamwork spirit.
