Dessalinizadora do Algarve 09/12/2024 **Contract type:** Indefinite term (project contract) **Main Responsibilities** – Ensure compliance with Quality requirements established in the Terms of Reference and other project-related documentation. **Requirements** – **Academic Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree; – Implement the Quality Management Plan; – Develop and implement the Inspection and Test Plan/technical specifications for the project and records, in close collaboration with the Quality, Environment and Safety Department; – Establish documentation, communication and record-keeping procedures; – Implement and execute Non-Conformance and Complaint Management processes; – Support Project Management and Site Supervision on matters related to Quality, particularly supplier qualification and technical analysis of proposals; – Ensure quality assurance throughout the construction project from the owner’s perspective, covering all phases from foundations to finishes; – Ensure compliance with conformity obligations, technical standards and applicable requirements, deadlines and budgets; – Prepare provisional and final acceptance reports for materials and equipment; – Coordinate, inspect and carry out quality control of assembly activities; – Perform quality control of work and promote necessary tests to ensure compliance; – Conduct Quality Audits; – Promote communication among all stakeholders, particularly between contractor and client for problem resolution; – **Language:** Portuguese and English
