2. People First culture with multicultural integration support
3. Transparent recognition and annual celebration of team members
#### **Your Responsibilities**
Managing a shift at Domino's is like running a mini-business. In every shift, you are responsible for the product, your team, and results — with real autonomy and support from a global network.
* Lead the in-store team and ensure quality and speed for every delivery
* Manage stock, orders, restocking, and operational organization during your shift
* Handle unexpected situations calmly and close the shift with all metrics in the green
* Welcome and integrate new colleagues — your team starts with you
* Support the Store Manager in coordinating and motivating the team
#### **Your Profile**
You have experience in food service — preferably quick-service — and have led people, even informally. You know a great shift starts before the store opens. Intense service pressure doesn’t block you — it energizes you.
* Prior experience in food service or grocery retail (QSR preferred)
* Leadership ability and clear communication with diverse teams
* Availability for rotating shifts and weekends
* Results orientation and operational KPI management
* Delivery management experience is valued

#### **About Us**
We began our journey in 1960 with a small store in Ypsilanti, Michigan, and much has happened since at Domino’s Pizza. Thousands of corporate and franchise store openings worldwide, launch of online ordering, the app, continuous improvement of our pizza and the Domino’s experience — and we’ve become the world’s #1 pizza delivery company!
At Domino’s Pizza Portugal, we work to deliver the best product with the best service — adhering to the highest quality standards. What’s truly exciting about this journey is that we’re always restarting and moving forward, recognizing and developing our people.
We count on a team of over 750 people, contributing to our company’s success. We currently operate over 50 stores, where customers can enjoy a delicious pizza in-store — or, if they prefer, have it delivered straight to their homes.
