Real Estate Team Manager, Vilamoura RE/MAX Smart Collection is expanding its structure in Vilamoura and seeks a Team Manager with experience in commercial leadership, motivational capability, and strong results orientation. We are looking for someone energetic, proactive, and eager to grow people and teams in a dynamic, demanding, and success-driven environment. Main Responsibilities Guide, motivate, and support real estate consultants in developing their activities. Monitor team goals, performance, and results. Recruit and onboard new consultants. Provide commercial training and support to the team. Oversee the management of real estate transactions. Promote a culture of commitment, organization, and continuous improvement. Candidate Profile Experience in commercial leadership or team management. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Goal- and results-oriented mindset. Ability to motivate, guide, and develop people. Dynamism, proactivity, and sense of responsibility. Experience in the real estate sector is an advantage. We Offer Employment contract.
