We are building a large, constantly evolving project. Therefore, we need to keep an updated layout and run simulations to increase capacity. After project approval, we need to plan all construction work and materials required for the procurement process with suppliers. This person will also support the implementation and maintenance of a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), planning activities and monitoring execution. Support in the configuration and development of BMS (Building Management System). Main responsibilities: * Study and implementation of mechanical and electrical installations * Analysis of technical drawings * Creation of 2D and 3D technical drawings using best practices and in compliance with information from relevant departments * Manage assets and maintenance plans * Collaborate in the development of BMS * Work with other departments that have layout study needs * Project management Knowledge and skills: * Responsible and able to work independently * Excellent communication skills * Problem-solving * High level of English proficiency * Preferably completed secondary or higher education in technical fields such as electricity or mechanics * Expert in design software such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, Inventor, E-drawings, Revit, and SolidWorks * Maintenance and asset management software (CMMS) * Knowledge of technical management systems (BMS) * Ability to work with MS Office tools We are waiting for you!
