Their duties include, among others: Direct intervention with children, promoting their holistic development in accordance with guidelines established in coordination with the pre-school teacher or coordinator of the pre-school education establishment; planning, implementing, and evaluating socio-educational animation activities under the guidance of the teacher or coordinator of the establishment, taking into account children’s age group and prioritizing their interests and initiatives, aiming to achieve defined objectives and the activity plan, with primary goals being children’s well-being, playfulness, and enjoyment; reporting to the pedagogical supervisor information concerning children’s individual and collective experiences, their participation in various activities, decisions made, and occurrence of any unusual situations, as well as ensuring processing of forms, official letters, notices, attendance records for meals, or other documents; ensuring adherence to the schedule of family support activities, supervising children during meal times, recesses, daily routines (children’s hygiene, tidying and sanitizing materials), organizing and supervising recesses, and facilitating animation activities.
