We seek a Senior Construction Manager to coordinate demanding projects, ensuring quality, deadlines, and cost control. **THE CANDIDATE WE SEEK:** * Active registration with the Portuguese Order of Engineers, with legal authority to **sign class 3 and class 4 permits** * Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction management, preferably in interior and exterior cladding; * Valid driver’s license; * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills; * Strong communication, negotiation, and results-oriented competencies; * Proficiency in computer tools (Office, AutoCAD). **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead and technically coordinate construction projects; * Manage execution, planning, deadlines, and costs; * Coordinate resources (labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors); * Liaise with clients, supervisory entities, and public/private institutions; * Ensure execution complies with budget, quality, and deadlines. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Competitive remuneration commensurate with experience; * Benefits currently in force at the company; * Integration into a solid and growing group; * Challenging projects and opportunities for career progression; * Immediate hiring.
