Job Summary: Bed and Sun is seeking a Financial Control talent to join our team, responsible for short-term rental registration, coordination with accounting and reservations departments, and diverse financial management. Bed and Sun is a short-term rental management company with offices in Vilamoura, operating since 2015 in the areas of Quarteira, Vilamoura, Vila Sol, Vale do Lobo, and Quinta do Lago. We are currently seeking a new Financial Control talent to join our team. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Short-Term Rental Registration (Business Start-up, Coordination with Insurance Brokers, Responses and Coordination with Municipal Council, License Control) \- Coordination with Accounting \- Coordination with Reservations Department \- Cash Fund Management \- Management and Control of Diverse Invoicing \- Organization and Collection of Commissions from Property Owners \- Organization and Collection of Maintenance and Cleaning Expenses from Property Owners (in coordination with Maintenance Team and Service Managers) \- Monthly Submission of SAF\-T Files \- Accounting Support to Property Owners \- Payroll Processing \- Budget Control, Strategy, and Planning \- Management of Current Accounts, Suppliers, Customers, and Others **Requirements:** \- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Economics, Management, or Finance; \- Good command of English (comprehension, speaking, and writing); \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel; \- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking; \- Team spirit and sense of responsibility; \- Results-oriented with strong attention to detail; \- Ability to work well under pressure; \- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders. **Additional Information:** \- Indefinite-term employment contract; \- 40-hour workweek, with weekends off; \- Immediate availability.
