Summary: This role is for high-energy Hospitality Runners responsible for delivering food and drinks, explaining tech-first ordering systems, and maintaining a premium venue in a dynamic environment. We use a "Tech\-First" service model where customers order and pay via QR codes on their phones, allowing our team to focus on fast delivery and great hospitality. **The Role:** As a Runner, you are the engine of our service. You aren't just "carrying plates"—you are ensuring the venue stays premium and the guests feel supported by our technology. **What You’ll Do:** * **Food \& Drink Delivery:** Delivering Braai\-fusion dishes and drinks to tables quickly and accurately. * **Tech Ambassadors:** Explaining the QR\-code ordering system to guests and helping them navigate the digital menu if needed. * **Venue Maintenance:** Clearing and sanitizing tables immediately after guests leave to ensure the next family has a perfect setup. * **Floor Support:** Keeping the indoor play area and terrace tidy and welcoming. **What We’re Looking For:** * **Language:** **Professional English and Portuguese are MUST HAVES.** * **Tech\-Savvy:** Comfortable with mobile ordering systems and able to explain them clearly to guests. * **High Energy:** You’ll be on your feet, moving between the kitchen, the playground, and the terrace. * **Authorization:** Legally authorized to work in Portugal. **What We Offer:** * **Dynamic Environment:** A fun, fast\-paced summer atmosphere with a "startup" vibe. * **Work\-Life Balance:** **Fixed day off every Monday.** * **Training:** Full training on our digital systems and service standards.
