Experience in high-end gastronomy, a Michelin-star restaurant, or luxury hospitality ? Expertise in mixology with the ability to create a wide variety of cocktails, aperitifs, and beverages with precision and creativity; ? The ability to efficiently and quickly memorize new cocktails and learn new techniques; ? Fluency in at least two of the following three languages: Portuguese, German, and English (additional languages are a plus); ?
