Job Summary:
Professional responsible for quality control and food safety, conducting statistical analyses, monitoring hygiene plans, and managing quality and food safety systems.

Responsibilities
Ø Perform statistical analysis of test results.
Ø Implement the approved Analysis Plan and its execution for surfaces, handlers, and products.
Ø Initiate necessary corrective actions when test results exceed established limits.
Ø Conduct Return Evaluation and perform statistical analysis thereof.
Ø Review the monitoring reports of Good Practices performed by respective departments.
Ø Ensure chlorine control of the water supply network.
Ø Conduct on-site daily evaluations of Hygiene Plans and Good Practices / Good Manufacturing Practices.
Ø Monitor, record, and verify all PPRO and CCP steps.
Ø Monitor, record, and verify records of the quality and food safety management system.
Ø Perform statistical analysis of Pest Control.
Ø Deliver training and provide team support related to job functions.
Ø Develop and supervise product labeling.
Ø Coordinate the production computerized system.
Job Analysis:
Minimum Required Education: TEsp/Bachelor’s degree in food science, biology, or related fields
Professional Experience: 1 year in similar roles, curricular or professional internship
Technical-Theoretical Knowledge: User-level computer skills preferred, including Office (Excel); knowledge of reference standards ISO 22000, IFS, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and HACCP methodology.
Autonomy: The incumbent is expected to independently execute tasks in accordance with guidelines and objectives set by the Quality Supervisor.
