Opportunity for personal and professional development **Work Location:** Algarve Shopping, Guia – Albufeira, Portugal **Job Description:** We are seeking an animation operator to join our team at Algarve Shopping. This professional will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and energizing recreational, educational, and leisure activities targeted at children, youth, and families, contributing to an enjoyable and memorable shopping center experience. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and conduct animation activities, games, themed workshops, and special events; * Ensure participants' well-being, safety, and enjoyment; * Promote social interaction, creativity, and active participation; * Maintain organization and good condition of activity spaces and materials used; * Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and positive environment. **Requirements:** * Education in Socio-Cultural Animation, Education, Sports, or related fields; * Prior experience in similar roles (shopping centers, after-school programs, holiday camps, etc.); * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Creativity, proactivity, and sense of responsibility; * Availability to work on weekends and flexible hours; * Knowledge of first aid (preferred); * Fluency in Portuguese; knowledge of English and/or Spanish is an advantage. **We Offer:** * Integration into a young and enthusiastic team; * A dynamic and challenging work environment; * Competitive remuneration commensurate with the role and experience; * Opportunity for personal and professional development.
