**Zoomarine - Thematic Park located in Albufeira is hiring an IT Technician on a full-time basis.** We are looking for an IT Technician to join our team and ensure technical support and maintenance of the company's computer systems. **Main Responsibilities:** * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software; * Technical support to users (on-site and remote); * Administration and monitoring of local networks and computer systems; * Diagnosis and resolution of technical issues (troubleshooting); * Implementation of best practices in cybersecurity; * Registration and tracking of support tickets; * Assistance in technology improvement and modernization projects. **Desired Profile:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; * Professional certifications valued (Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA or equivalent); * Knowledge of Windows, MacOS operating systems (Linux is a plus); * Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN); * Basic knowledge of cybersecurity; * Proficiency with helpdesk and ticketing tools; * Ability to install and configure workstations and network equipment; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Autonomy and proactivity in problem-solving; * Time management and prioritization skills; * Flexibility and willingness for continuous learning. **Benefits:** * 40-hour weekly schedule with 2 weekend days off; * Annual contract; * Monthly payment of various benefits: meal allowance, transportation, access to rewards and additional benefits; * Possibility of accommodation for non-Algarve residents during the first year of contract; * Access to exclusive training, health, and personal development programs.
