The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for ensuring the service quality required by the Group, complying with all standards and procedures, and guaranteeing overall customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Customer service; * Ensuring front desk operations; * Implementing all technical/administrative procedures related to reservation, check\-in, and check\-out processes; * Processing financial entries and receipts. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in the applied field; * Good user-level computer skills; * Knowledge of and experience with hotel management systems – Host (preferred); * English language proficiency – knowledge of additional languages is an advantage; * Strong communication skills; * Professional appearance; * Good interpersonal skills; * Dynamic, responsible, trustworthy, and punctual; * Customer-oriented attitude; * Availability for rotating and shift-based schedules. **Will we naturally stand out together?
