We are currently recruiting for the position of **Financial Assistant** at our **Faro Offices**, aiming to ensure efficient and excellent support for our operations. **Main responsibilities:** * Perform administrative tasks related to the finance department, including organization and maintenance of physical and digital filing. * Support the finance team in various activities, including payment processing, management of accounts payable and receivable, and expense control. * Collect, organize, and analyze financial data, providing support to the team in preparing financial reports, performance indicators, and cost analyses. * Ensure the updating and accuracy of financial records, guaranteeing that all documentation is compliant and properly archived. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective financial management and provide support on matters related to payments and documentation. **What we are looking for:** * Good communication and organizational skills. * Attention to detail and precision in task execution. * Ability to work both in a team and independently. * Proactivity and sense of responsibility. **Requirements:** * High school diploma (12th grade). * Proficient computer skills, with preference given to experience in financial management software. * Ability to work with numerical data and maintain confidentiality. **What we offer:** * Stable employment contract. * Initial and ongoing training. * Base salary + meal allowance. * Health insurance. * Opportunities for career development and advancement.
