Prepare reports on occupied rooms, verify room status, identify unserviceable rooms, establish room cleaning priorities, and update departing guests’ room status in the system. Assist Housekeeping Management with daily operational management. Serve as liaison to coordinate efforts among Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry departments. Document and resolve issues related to unserviceable rooms with Front Office. Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes to assignment sheets/schedules. Report unresolved issues to the next shift. Perform required administrative tasks. Support Management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, reminding staff of disciplinary rules, motivating, and mentoring employees. Follow and implement all brand safety policies and procedures; report maintenance issues, accident hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete required safety training and obtain certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Respect confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company property. Support all colleagues and treat them with dignity and respect. Support the team in achieving shared goals. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Move at required speed to respond to work situations (e.g., run, walk, jog). Read and visually verify information in various formats (e.g., small print). Visually inspect tools, equipment, and machinery (e.g., to identify defects). Enter and retrieve job-related information using computers and point-of-sale systems. Input, rotate, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity. Reach above head level and below knee level, including bending, twisting body, pulling, and squatting. Move within narrow, confined, or elevated spaces. Move across sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces. Climb stairs and service ramps. Continuous use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills, with frequent use of bilateral manual dexterity and excellent motor coordination. Move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 55 lbs (25 kg) unassisted, and over 55 lbs (25 kg) with assistance. Push and pull loaded housekeeping carts and other work equipment across sloped and uneven surfaces. Stand, kneel, sit, or walk for extended periods or at high frequency during a full work shift. Listen and respond appropriately to guest concerns and those of other employees. Use clear and courteous language in all communications. Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisors that are consistent with this position. RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS Education:High school diploma or equivalent. Related Work Experience:At least 1 year of related work experience. Supervisory Experience:At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
