We are recruiting a **Pastry Chef (M/F)** for our **Westin Salgados Beach Resort** in Albufeira. **Main Responsibilities:** * Creatively and aesthetically decorate and finish pastry products, ensuring visually appealing presentation; * Conduct regular quality checks on finished products, ensuring freshness, flavor, and compliance with established food safety and quality standards; * Monitor ingredient, material, and finished product stock levels in the pastry area, communicating replenishment needs to management or the procurement department to ensure continuous product availability; * Collaborate in the creation and development of new pastry recipes and products, experimenting with ingredients, techniques, and flavor combinations to enrich the menu and delight guests. **Requirements:** \- Minimum education: Secondary Education \- Technological/Professional; * Experience in similar roles; * Team spirit; * Compliance with all food safety standards; * Local residence (preferred); * Immediate availability. **We Offer:** * A positive work environment and integration into a young and dynamic team; * Competitive salary commensurate with demonstrated experience for the role; * Health insurance; * Holiday bonus based on attendance; * Benefits across Highgate hotels; * Career development and progression.
