The selected candidate's primary responsibility is to ensure the service quality required by the Group, complying with all standards and procedures, thereby guaranteeing overall customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Maintain operational functionality of various equipment at the property; * Execute defined corrective and preventive maintenance activities; * Support electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other section-related tasks; * Record internal procedures using checklists; * Support hygienic-sanitary maintenance operations; * Perform daily energy control measurements — gas, electricity, and water; * Conduct periodic equipment maintenance; * Respond to maintenance requests from other departments; * Ensure tidiness and organization of department-related spaces. **Requirements:** * Experience in maintenance of hotel buildings; * Technical-vocational training in Maintenance (preferred); * Comprehensive maintenance knowledge (electricity, carpentry, painting, plumbing, swimming pools, etc.); * Sensitivity towards preventive and corrective maintenance; * Organizational and planning skills; * Dynamic personality and enthusiasm for teamwork; * Responsible, punctual, and assiduous; * Availability for rotating and shift-based schedules. **Will you be naturally distinctive together with us?
