Work Location Warehouses located in: Loures Setúbal Pombal Castelo Branco (Role involves regular travel between warehouses) Main Responsibilities Team Control: Employee attendance Arrival times Verification of uniforms and appearance Vehicle and Equipment Control: General condition of vans Cleaning, damages, and maintenance Verification of cards, PDAs, and other equipment Random Goods Inspection: During loading (morning and afternoon) Random Procedure Compliance Checks: Mid-route, without prior notice Uniform Management: Ordering and distribution Distribution and control of PDAs and cards Incident management and verification Preparation of direct reports to Management Required Profile Strong presence and professional demeanor Ability to interact with people and handle conflict situations Sense of responsibility, fairness, and natural authority Organization, rigor, and attention to detail Ability to work autonomously Strong communication and reporting skills Willingness to travel frequently This role demands maturity and consistency, as the controller’s work directly affects the daily activities of other employees.
