And, true to our values, we “drink our own champagne”,using the latest technology to automate as much as possible internally. **The Role** As our Delivery Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our operational execution, bringing control, predictability, and calm to our fast\-paced environment. This is a senior role for a strategic operator who can master the details without losing sight of the big picture. You will professionalize our project management practices, ensuring that internal roadmaps and complex enterprise customer deliveries are managed excellently. Your mission is to create an integral, reliable delivery framework that protects our teams from overcommitment, aligns all stakeholders, and ensures we keep our promises, within scope, time and on budget. **What You’ll Do** * **Own End\-to\-End Delivery:** Manage the entire lifecycle of customer and partner implementation projects, from scoping and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure. * **Establish and Drive Best Practices:** Implement and adapt Agile and Scrum methodologies to fit our "startup chaos," creating a practical framework that balances structure with speed. * **Create Predictability:** Develop and maintain integral project plans, aligning scope, timelines, and resources to provide a single source of truth for all stakeholders and protect the team from unrealistic commitments. * **Master the Tools:** Quickly become an expert in our internal Atlassian suite and adapt to various customer and partner tools (e.g., Asana, Azure DevOps), driving adoption and finding efficiencies. * **Be the Hub of Communication:** Act as the central point of contact between R\&D, Product, Customer Success, and all Go to Market (GTM) functions, ensuring seamless collaboration and transparent communication. * **Manage Dependencies and Risks:** Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks and dependencies across multiple projects, ensuring a smooth and predictable delivery flow. * **Provide Clear Reporting:** Deliver consistent and accurate reports on project status, health, and forecasts to leadership and relevant stakeholders. **Who You Are** * A seasoned delivery or project manager with significant experience in high\-growth tech startups, managing complex projects for enterprise customers. * An expert in Agile/Scrum methodologies with a proven ability to tailor and apply them effectively in a rapidly changing environment. * A hands\-on master of project management software (especially Atlassian tools like Atlas, Product Discovery, Confluence, Jira Asana, Azure DevOps) who isn't afraid to dive deep to solve problems and drive adoption. * An exceptional communicator and collaborator, skilled at aligning technical and non\-technical teams and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes. * A proactive, self\-starting leader who thrives on bringing order to chaos, and can operate with a high degree of autonomy. * You understand the software development lifecycle and the challenges of delivering PaaS/SaaS or AI solutions. * You are resilient, pragmatic, and focused on getting things done, embodying a culture of ownership and accountability. **Perks \& Benefits** * Competitive salary with performance\-based incentives * Optional Stock Appreciation Rights (SAR) program eligibility (so our success is your success) * Bi\-annual, fully paid 1\-week company shutdown * Flexible work environment **Location** We need you to be in the EU timezone.
